Riding And Ranch Delivery Information

Important Information for All Deliveries

  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email will contain your tracking information, where available.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Failed Deliveries & Parcel Collection: If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow these instructions. Parcels that remain uncollected and are returned to us by the courier may be subject to a re-dispatch fee.
  • Parcel Receipt: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, it is advisable to note this with the courier at the point of delivery. For any issues with the contents of your order, please contact our Customer Services team.

International Delivery

We deliver to many international destinations. Delivery charges and timescales vary significantly by country and the size/weight of your order. All applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please be aware:

  • Any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Riding And Ranch has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • We recommend you contact your local customs office for information specific to your country before placing an international order.
  • International delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as local customs processing.

Click & Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our stores. Select the ‘Click & Collect’ option at checkout and choose your preferred store location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of photo ID when collecting your items.

Collection Time: Orders are typically ready for collection within a few hours, but please wait for the ‘Ready for Collection’ email before travelling to the store.
